The GF "EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR" will POST 1 special EVENT SCHEDULE EVERY WEEK on the GF Message Board about the EVENTS that the GF Clan will have over the future week or so. The EVENTs CO-ORDINATOR SCHEDULEs and ORGANIZES and gets other people to HELP out by RUNNING or attending EVENTS. He will make sure that EVENTS are NOT scheduled at the SAME TIME on the SAME RW channel. He will ADVERTISE the EVENTS to our Members to increase the PARTICAPATION in our Clan.
A "Clan EVENT" is when we have an ORGANIZED SCHEDULED "happpening" or game or training or Class or workshop. They are -NOT- Manditory , but are made to teach people and to make the Clan more FuN. Some EVENTS are OPEN to any one, SOME EVENTS are only for GUESTS or Members, SOME EVENTS are for Members ONLY. If the EVENT is OPEN for EVERY ONE , then have it on te "OPEN" GF Clan RogerWilco CHAT Channel".
The "EVENT's SCHEDULE" will have:
- the EVENT's name.
- the EVENT LEADER'(s) name.
- a DESCRIPTION of the EVENT.
- the TIME (and Time zone) of the EVENT.
- and the RogerWilco channel that the EVENT will be held on
An "EVENT LEADER" is the person or people that actually run(s) the class or game-time (Clan EVENT). They create and plan the Class or EVENT . EVENT LEADERS tell the EVENT CO-ORDINATOR about their EVENT so that the EVENT CO-ORDINATOR will SCHEDULE it for them . If you are an EVENT LEADER, you will be expected to show up and show up on time for your scheduled EVENT.Post a message on the Message Board explaining what you EVENT is about and yet our members know where and when to show up for it.
